Ans: As on Nov 2012, the price to buy any WordPress theme is around $50 or less than it. Remember I mean it for a theme and not a custom built one.
There are some WordPress themes which cost around $60 too. But, this price is possibly due to the features inside it. These could be shopping cart and ecommerce related WordPress themes. Please check the following links for the WordPress Themes.
